FlexMe ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the FlexMe application ("App").

2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide the service: Process your photos and prompts through AI models to generate content
- Account management: Authenticate you, manage credits, and process subscriptions
- Personalization: Detect your region for language and content recommendations
- Communication: Send push notifications about generation completion and account updates
- Analytics: Understand how users interact with the App to improve features
- Safety: Moderate content to prevent misuse and ensure compliance
3. Photo Processing & AI
- Photos you upload are sent to Google's Gemini AI for processing.
- Uploaded photos are stored temporarily in Firebase Storage during processing.
- Generated images are stored in your account and accessible only to you.
- We do not use your photos to train AI models.
- We do not share your photos with third parties beyond the AI processing service.
- You can delete all your photos and generated content by deleting your account.

5. Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) in the asia-southeast1 (Singapore) region.
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Access to user data is restricted through Firebase Security Rules — only you can access your own data.
- We use Firebase App Check to prevent unauthorized API access.
6. Data Retention
- Your account data is retained for as long as you have an active account.
- When you delete your account, all associated data (profile, photos, generations, stories, credit logs) is permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Anonymous usage analytics may be retained in aggregate form.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Update inaccurate information via the App
- Deletion: Delete your account and all data through App settings
- Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection: Opt out of certain data processing

8. Children's Privacy
FlexMe is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own (primarily Singapore and the United States) through our cloud infrastructure providers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

- Consent: Where you have given explicit consent (e.g., push notifications)
