Terms of Service

Welcome to FlexMe ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the FlexMe application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FlexMe. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You may sign in using Google, Apple, or anonymous authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Services Provided

FlexMe provides AI-powered content creation tools including:

• FlexLocket (Glow) — AI photo enhancement
• FlexShot (Create) — Template-based AI image generation
• FlexTale (Story) — AI story series with images and captions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

4. Credits & Subscriptions

• FlexMe operates on a credit-based system. New users receive free welcome credits.
• Additional credits can be purchased as one-time packs or through subscription plans.
• All purchases are processed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google) via RevenueCat.
• Credits are non-refundable once used for generation.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to generate illegal, harmful, or NSFW content
• Upload photos of others without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the App or its AI systems
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
• Circumvent credit limits or payment systems
• Redistribute or resell generated content as stock images or templates

6. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of photos you upload to FlexMe.
• AI-generated content is licensed to you for personal and commercial use, subject to AI provider terms.
• We do not claim ownership of your generated content.
• You grant FlexMe a limited license to process your uploads for the purpose of providing the service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated images and text may not always be accurate, appropriate, or free from bias. FlexMe uses content moderation but cannot guarantee 100% safety. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing publicly.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using FlexMe, you consent to data collection and processing as described therein.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Account deletion will permanently remove all your data, including generated content, stories, and purchase history. This action is irreversible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification or email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
